Good location, great breakfast.

There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room, for the 4* hotel also positioned as + spa and fitness, and also in the extended business room (which is much more expensive) - it is very, very strange and serious joint.

Staff is friendly, clean room, breakfast is varied.

It was cold in my room.

Location - close to the subway and shopping mall!

Breakfast is monotonous! No porridge!

Your Fitness has an excellent view!!

Everything was very good, extremely friendly staff, magnificent views over the Town. Deluxe room was functional and air-conditioned had hypoallergenic pillows. It included a comfy bed and a functional bathroom. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

The magnificent view from my 21st-floor room and the warm welcome from the staff made my stay exceptional, although I found the breakfast offerings a bit lacking for the price.

Everything was just perfect in this hotel. We got our special priced comfortable double room in 23rd floor with some nice view over part of Prague (not old town though). There are a lot of parking options. You can buy 24h public transport (metro, tram, bus) ticket in hotel. Metro station (Pankrac) is 5 minutes walk away; journey to town center is quick. Buffet breakfast was delicious with enormous choice of food, rich as lunch. Orange that I took at the end and ate 2 days after was one of the best I tasted. Staff was professional and helpful. For sure first choice if we return to Prague.

Panorama Hotel has great staff at the reception desk. I liked my room a lot. The location is very good. metro station close to the hotel and easy way to get to the city center.

Price for a car park. It was very similar to the room price.

The wellness area is quite excellent with great amenities!

Room service charges an additional fee on top of the food cost.

Breakfast was extremely bad. Cold eggs of every sortiment, tasteless cakes. Kitchen chef should eat there himself and see how it is. Not a 4 star hotel breakfast especially "deluxe" naming... not worth it.

Excellent rate and location for business. Quiet rooms. Extras/upgrade packages available at check-in. Opposite large shopping mall with good-value eating options. Metro station in mall convenient for getting to city. Excellent choice of TV channels.

Would not stay here for leisure. Bathrooms small, breakfast chaotic (many large coach parties), most staff not very welcoming or helpful. Restaurant over-priced and service poor, even when empty! Bottled water outrageously expensive - seems to be endemic in Prague hotels though.

The location is good, but 5 mins away from the metro and the staff are polite and helpful, the area near by is safe and there is a shopping centre near the hotel so it's convenient for me to buy some food.

The bed and the pillow are not comfortable, more pillow at least 2 pillows per bed should be provided, there is no kettle in the room to let me boil water.
